Employee Referral Awards
Here's how it works:
- Who can participate: All employees, except managers in the line of authority and HR personnel, are eligible to participate.
- How to refer: Simply instruct the applicant to list your name on their employment application as the referral source.
- The reward: If your referral is hired and completes 90 days of service, and you're still with us, you'll receive a monetary award! Currently, the reward stands at $100.00 for regular part-time hires and $150.00 for regular full-time hires.
- Receiving the bonus: If the referral is still with us 90 days later, you can request for HR to add the bonus to your next paycheck.

The position can be remote or hybrid. Open to all US candidates who possess a California BBS license.
Mid-level ABA Supervisors
We're seeking candidates who can work hybrid.
Behavior Technicians
Seeking candidates who can work in the Napa clinic or Solano, Sacramento, Sonoma, and Fresno counties.
