ABA Careers at BTS

Behavior Technicians/RBT Jobs

This is an entry-level, direct care staff who is 18 years of age or older, has at least a high school diploma or equivalent, and has 6+ months of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities (if the applicant has personal experience working with a person with developmental disabilities, including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, etc. they may still be eligible to be hired as a Behavior Interventionist).

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Jobs

BCBAs are specialists within the ABA domain, adept at crafting tailored interventions to aid individuals with autism, enhance their quality of life, and strive for significant progress. To become a BCBA, you must hold a master’s degree. This position will provide clinical supervision as well as oversight of the programs being implemented by the Supervisor/BCaBA and Behavior Interventionists.

ABA Supervisor/BCaBA Jobs

ABA mid-level supervisors play a crucial role in ABA, providing hands-on oversight and guidance to therapists implementing behavior intervention plans for clients, especially those with autism spectrum disorders. To qualify for this position, candidates need a bachelor's degree in a related field and practical experience in ABA therapy. Supervisors work under the BCBA and Clinical Director oversight and guidance.

Mental Health Careers at BTS

Our mental health therapy program specializes in treating individuals navigating a spectrum of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Mental Health Therapist High-Level Chat Program

We seek licensed clinicians (LMFTs, LPCCs, LCSWs) who are licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and must hold a master’s degree. Chat is a program designed to help parents and caregivers of children with delayed language and social-emotional development learn and grow. It was recently launched as a pilot program as an alternative to ABA that BTS was able to participate in the pilot, and we are excited to build a team around this new, cutting-edge treatment for children with Autism and other delays. Therapists will become chat-certified, which means they will get an extra certification on their resume! 

Responsibilities

The clinician will guide the family through the Chat modules, worksheets, and handouts as appropriate. Modeling, live coaching, and focused conversations are used throughout. 

*We're hiring therapists to work in our Napa Clinic or remotely.  

Mental Health Therapist 

We are seeking licensed clinicians (LMFTs, LPCCs, LCSWs) and associate clinicians (AMFTs, APCCs, ACSWs) who are licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and hold a master's degree. This position will be held by an individual who has the training, education, and experience necessary to serve as a therapist for children, youth, adults, and aamilies affected by mental & behavioral issues, trauma, loss, grief, developmental disabilities, and other needs. 

We provide weekly individual, triadic, and/or group supervision to our Associates so that they may gain their required BBS hours for licensure and learn from the wonderful clinicians on our team and each other.

Additional Careers

Internships are available for students enrolled in social work, psychology, education, and related programs. We are also seeking office personnel, including Administrative Assistants.
