Begin your child’s path today! From initial inquiry to their first session with their clinical team, the journey usually spans 6-9 weeks. During this period, we'll assist you through the intake steps and pair your child with a committed clinical team.

We require your insurance card to verify your ABA benefits with your insurance provider, and depending on the funder, we may receive a quicker response.
To proceed, we need the intake packet filled out completely and all requested documentation submitted. Once we have everything, we can request authorization, a process that typically takes 7-14 business days. However, this timeframe may vary or extend beyond 14 days depending on factors like the season, the funder's requirements, or if additional documentation is needed.
The Assessment Process begins with two observations. Typically, the two observations occur via telehealth through Google Meet or Zoom, which typically takes about 30 days to complete. Afterward, our assessor will prepare a detailed assessment report. This report will undergo a review process to ensure all necessary information for your insurance provider is accurate and complete.
We request treatment authorization based on the recommendations in the Assessment report. Once the report is submitted to your insurance provider, we await authorization, which typically takes 7-14 business days.
Once we receive treatment authorization, we'll assign your child to a treatment team. The team will then contact your family to start scheduling services.
