Our top concern is the health & safety of our clients and staff!All services are available via phone and/or video. For families that continue to need in-home services, extreme safety measures are being taken including staff completing a daily checklist that includes no fever, no signs/symptoms of sickness, and an attestation that they are abiding by the current CDC guidelines with no contact with someone who has symptoms. If a staff comes into contact with someone within 6 feet for more than 15 minutes who has any symptoms or they themselves have symptoms, they are required to stay home (not work) for 14 days, or until they can receive a return to work order from their healthcare provider. Additionally, staff have specific safety protocols that they must follow when attending sessions. If a family has a specific request for staff to follow while in the home, we welcome your thoughts and discussions about that.
